EMMA UGARELLI

​Emma Ugarelli is my name. I was born in Lima, Peru and immigrated to Canada two decades ago. I have a Psychology degree from Peru, where I worked as a psychologist for fifteen years. In Canada, I pursued Early Childhood Education and  I have been working in this field for the past two decades.   
In 2021, I embarked on a new journey as an author, publishing my first children's book, "Lou and his Mane." Recently, I made the decision to close my daycare to devote more time to writing, creating educational materials, and teaching Spanish. My educational background in psychology and education, combined with my  passion for storytelling, continues to influence my work as I contribute to the field of education.
