Yuri is a character who finds themself in quite a lot of precarious and silly situations. The illustrations are colorful and playful. The story is full of themes related to home and thoughtfulness! I would 100% recommend this book for the bedtime rotation

This book does a wonderful job demonstrating to the reader that it is often only when we put ourselves in someone else’s shoes, that we gain a much better understanding of what they are going through. Empathy is such an important human trait for young minds to be exposed to early and "Yuri" will spark very important discussions. A beautifully illustrated reminder for readers young and old!
