Poem of the Month: April

​April arrives quietly, but it changes everything.
It brings blooming flowers, singing birds, and a world that feels softly alive again. The days grow longer, the sunlight warmer, and suddenly there is more energy in the air—more space to breathe, move, and simply be.
Children return to the outdoors, filling parks and gardens with laughter and play. Rain falls gently, making way for fresh flowers and renewed color in every corner of the world.
April is a reminder that happiness does not need to be complicated. It can be found in sunlight, in nature, in laughter, and in small everyday moments.
Sometimes, all we need is to look outside and remember: being happy is not hard.

April Brings
April brings the flowers blooming,
April brings the birds all singing,
All around, the world is gleaming,
Full of life and softly dreaming.
More daylight, more energy in sight,
Longer days and warm sunlight.
Kids are playing outside all day--
What a joyful, happy way!
April comes with gentle showers,
April comes with bright new flowers,
With kids laughing in the yard,
Being happy is not hard.
