Northern Lights: tune of "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star"
Glowing glowing northern lights How you shine so very bright Waving over our land so high Dancing brightly in the sky Glowing glowing Northern lights How you shine so very bright
Oh Canada song Sung to the tune of "O Christmas Tree"
O Canada O CanadaHow I love my countryO Canada O Canada How I love countryWith Rocky Mountains and Northern lights and Maple Leafs that skate on ice O Canada O Canada How I love my country
We are proud Canadian
We are all Canadians,
Living in this land
If you were a Canadian
you would understand
why we love our country
and why we are so proud
we are proud Canadian
and we will shout it loud!
1, 2 Sky so blue.
3, 4 From shore to shore.
5, 6 Cultural mix.
7, 8 Land so great. 9, 10 Canadian!

My name is British Columbia
The jewel of the West Coast.
Forestry and fishing are
The things that I do most.
Hi, I am Alberta
A wild west kind of place
With cows and oil and mountains
And lots of open space.
I am Manitoba
And I’m Saskatchewan
We’re the golden prairies
Where fields of wheat grow in the sun.
Hi, I am Ontario
The home of government
To me each year the leaders
Of our democracy are sent.
Bonjour, I am Quebec
Here French is my language too
When I want to ask “how are you?”
I say, “comment allez vous?”
Newfoundland, New Brunswick
And Nova Scotia -- those are we,
We are Atlantic Provinces
The three musketeers of the sea.
I’m Prince Edward Island
And I know I may be small
But without me all the rest of you
Would have no potatoes at all.
The Yukon, Nunavut and North West
Territories are up north.
Through ice and cold and polar bears
Few brave souls venture forth.
Together we are Canada
One nation strong and free
With sharing, friends and happiness
Forever we will be!
The Provinces of Canada Are Fun to Remember
The provinces of Canada are fun to remember,
Fun to remember, fun to remember,
The provinces of Canada are fun to remember and this is how they go…
Newfoundland and PEI*,
Nova Scotia and New Brunswick,
Quebec, Ontario, from there you'll see
Manitoba, Saskachewan, Alberta, BC**.
Five pennies make a nickel
Two nickels make a dime
Ten dimes make a dollar
Now what should I buy this time? Four quarters make a loonie
And one loonie is a dollar Two loonies make a toonie Now aren't I a scholar?
